Who We Are

We are very pleased to be part of a collaborative, cooperative and co-created network of likeminded people who have shared the journey to find autonomy, self-development and growth.
We operate independently of each other, and interdependently with each other as the need arises. As Consultants, Facilitators, Coaches, Counsellors, Organisational Developers and Public Speakers (this list is not exhaustive). We have many shared experiences and journeys. We also have similar ideals about the world we would like to live in, as opposed to the world we have grown up in. We are each wounded healers, changed and shaped by the disparate yet similar paths we have walked and stumbled upon (and have occasionally fallen off) ... We have shared dreams about the world we would like to inhabit, one that is freer, where equality of opportunity means just that, where fairness and human rights are honoured and observed by all. Where caring and compassion and courage and leadership go hand in hand, and men and women feel equally bound by their duties to honour themselves, their morals and ethics, and each other as true equals. Irrespective of difference, to find the means to create a more just and equitable society (world) and one that is capable of connecting and including everyone as a stakeholder in the sustainability of this our increasingly fragile planet. Anita specialises in the fields of diversity & equalities, training, research, evaluation, community development and project management. Anita is an experienced facilitator and takes a dynamic approach in designing, delivering and managing training packages, offering task-related, short term and follow-up training courses. She has managed learning environments for local authorities and change programmes for large public sector organisations in the UK. These include national contracts for pioneering a positive action programme supporting female and ethnic minority police officers to achieve detective level status. Also assessing professionally qualified refugees in NVQ Key Skills as a conversion course to enter the UK employment market. She is trained in mediation and problem solving approaches; brief solution focused therapy and family conferencing. She was short-listed for the National Pavilion Awards 2003. He focuses on the personal development of individuals to enhance their professional effectiveness.
He is a qualified and effective group facilitator and is a member of the Institute for the Development of Human Potential. He is also qualified to facilitate and use the FIRO suite of psychometric instruments and is a Master Practitioner in FIRO Theory. Jim is a dynamic facilitator, strategic thinker and a passionate visionary regarding any form of bullying or unfairness and equality issues in general. He is specifically concerned with 'Violence Against Women' issues in particular. He has de facto national responsibilities for some of these issues and has also been involved internationally in progressing and raising awareness through partnerships with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and agencies in the Indian Subcontinent.
He operates as effectively in the micro world as he does in the macro. He has a Diploma in Management and is also qualified to facilitate and use the FIRO suite of psychometric instruments and is a Master Practitioner in FIRO Theory.
