Whether a career or life event, a health or relational issue, any change for better or worse can be supported and become a realisable opportunity for you and your continued personal and professional growth. I seek to help you adapt and change  using a holistic coaching process, which  includes all the facets that comprise the complete you.

I provide a service to client organisations and individuals that boundaries the relationships and clearly defines the responsibilities  and expectations of all the parties- gaining clarity and perspective for the relational journey through the coaching contract.

We listen and hear, support and encourage, nurture and empower people to be who they can be. With presence and awareness, love and understanding, energy and application we can help people, organisations and systems change.

Utilising 50 years of life experience and an holistic whole person perspective, numerous  models that have been informed by experience, as well as  my personal journey- with intuition, insight and creativity. then they Die..
its there that many get stuck where the sleeping dogs lie..
for our history convinces us
we’ve no influence on the fall of the die.

For our first shock reactions
at life’s inevitable demise
is to deny what is, is
angrily attacking or   retreating to minimise
we’re not honest with ourselves
we come to believe our own lies.

Our fatalism appears in cynicism
or apathetic resignation
soon we are falling-sucked down
into the darkening depths of depression
pining for what’s no more riven by guilt or its suppression

Pause... and reflect and see the truth.
it's not always as given, so resolve and accept what is, here and now
forgive them and let yourself know
with tears and gentle love’s help
integrate with what is and so grow.
